Safety supervision of the project works, coordination, and direction of all safety-related activities at the project site. • Providing safety orientation for employees at the site. • Guiding the Supervisors in conduction of Tool Box Talks for the worksite. • Daily HSE inspection of Sites and finding risk, informing concerned supervisors for their immediate action & generate reports. • Inspection of Scaffolding, Ladders, Slings, Housekeeping, Permits, Equipment checklist, MSDS, etc., and storage of materials. • Update the HSE documentation during all the construction phases when deemed necessary. • Preparing daily/weekly and monthly HSE reports. • Control and use of proper PPE. • Inspection of portable power tools, Welding machine, air compressor, electrical equipment, and maintenance of the checklist. • Monitoring of radiography /pressure text activities associated with piping as per company standard. • Monitoring heavy lifting operation and inspection of lifting tackles/accessories. • Ensuring that all the permit conditions fully comply at the different work locations • Encouraging to find out the root causes and adopting proper preventive measures. • Conducting road safety meetings especially for drivers and staff. • Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team and fire prevention/fighting team, and organize training and emergency drill mock activities. • Organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to the identification of corrective measures to avoid reoccurrence. • Keep accident records, identifying the areas in which prevention must be addressed. • Organize and participate in all relevant site HSE Meetings, and prepare the relevant MOM. • Co-operate with the Client concerning the issue Show less
