• Overall progress of the day to day work in shut down and make sure that all work is carried out as per plan and according to the satisfaction of Client with highest standards of quality and above all safety and as per policies and procedures of the client. • Preparation of Method statement, JSA and approval for Risk assessment of critical jobs • Arrangement of tools and Hydro jetting equipment’s and other required equipment’s. • Tagging / Bagging of material, Blinds and test rings and pre fabrication / fabrication on site with High safety standards. • During shut down distributing manpower according to job priority and achieving progress by efficient deployment, quality and safety of the job. • Handling of maintenance of Heat Exchanger Bundle pulling/ Hydro jetting of Tube Bundle & Hydro testing of heat exchangers as per scope of work. • Opening of vessels, columns and maintenance of all kind of valves and box up and technically fully support during commissioning and star up of plant successfully.
