      At this current position I am locally leading a number of sub-projects including – 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 - The initiative plans to improve literacy and numeracy learning for students of grade 6 in 5 lowest performing Upazilas of Bandarban by addressing a key pedagogic challenge, teaching at the right level on an individual basis, by identifying and implementing appropriate EdTech tools to improve learning outcomes impacting around 27,000 students and 1500 teachers. It also focuses on improving the situation of the most marginalized female students of the district as well as it will improve the skills and capacity of female teachers. The initiative also focuses on equity and sustainability and will inspire future tech-based solutions.𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 – 1. Reinventing our Classroom: The program is specifically designed to help the teachers teach in classrooms that are hard to manage due to students’ behavioral problems exacerbated by large class sizes. The program offers evidence-based classroom management tools. Currently the program has been implemented in Grade 6 and 7 in 110 schools in all six upazilas in Narsingdi district impacting around 1000 teachers and 15000 students.2. Reach to Teach: It is a project to improve the teaching skills of secondary level math teachers through online training. The 40-hour-long, 12 module course is available on ‘Muktopaath’, an e-learning platform of the government. Initially, around 800 teachers across the country completed the course which will impact over 100 thousands students. Online assessment has been conducted for around 1500 teachers. 𝐒𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 – With $150k grants from Internet Society Foundation under Strengthening Communities/ Improving Lives and Livelihoods, Agami works to provide 300 devices to different schools of Bangladesh and create more than 200 video lessons. EdTech will also make a hybrid intervention (online-offline) leveraging the Kolibri platform in 24 schools. Show less

The KAB website was officially launched on 1st March 2016 and this free website is now available at bn.khanacademy.org.𝐌𝐨𝐄 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭- As a response to the nationwide school closures in 2020, the Ministry of Education (MoE) started to broadcast video lessons on Sangsad TV under the ‘amar ghore amar school’ program.
