However, before starting the implementation of Scrum principles, I participated in workshops and Inceptions with the customer, playing a fundamental role in collecting information and questions that are essential in understanding and abstraction of the product to be developed. Already in the development cycle, I participated in Plannings and Refinement Sessions, where the stories are refined, prioritized the items from the Product Backlog, and selected the activities that will be implemented during Sprint. I performed the elaboration of Test Plans in English, homologation of systems, evaluation of the results of each cycle, and survey of the main Root Causes of Bugs. At the end of Sprint, I participated in Retrospectives (one of SCRUM's cycles), which boils down to a meeting that promotes the Kaizen moment, where the team seeks continuous improvement regarding the process, delivery, and interaction between people.
