• Designed an accounting interview virtual office for my students to practice the job interview for an Accountant position. • Interview skills are pointed out for students to master it. • Up to this point, 90 students have signed in on this project. • The main goal is to increase the chance of getting a job in the same field.

Write individual tutoring plans in accordance with the individual needs of students and prepare tutoring sessions to ensure each student's success. • Through targeted questioning and analysis, alter teaching styles to best articulate the abstract concepts of accounting. Lead both individual and group study sessions. • Identify specific skills required for employment and help outgoing students in obtaining these skills while assisting them in their job applications and interview preparation processes
