  Au sein du service administratif de GPC Papier & Carton, ma mission en tant qu'auditeur interne concernait les processus achat et production et s'est déroulé comme suit : -Analyse du traitement d'une demande d'achat et analyse du processus de production -Description du système sous forme graphique à l'aide d'un "flow chart" -Vérification de l'existence du système décrit dans le "flow chart" à l'aide d'un test d'existence -Évaluation préliminaire du contrôle interne en utilisant le questionnaire du contrôle interne et la grille d'analyse des tâches -Vérification du fonctionnement du contrôle interne a l'aide d'un test de permanence et d'un test de performance accompagné d'une grille d'analyse de la maîtrise du risque -Cadrer tout les dysfonctionnements décelé à l'aide des feuilles de révélations et d'analyse de problème (problème, fait, cause, conséquence et recommandation) Within the administrative department of "GPC Papier & Carton", my mission as internal auditor concerned buying process and production was made like that: -Analysis of a purchase request processing and analysis of a production processing -Description of the system like a graphic thanks to the "flow chart" -Check the existence of the system described in the "flow chart" with an existence test -Preliminary assessment of internal control with the internal control survey and the grid spot analysis -Check the functioning of the internal control with a constantly test and a performance test accompanied by an analatycal framework of the risk control -Fit all detected malfunctions in using revelations and analysis of the problem sheet (problem, fact, cause, result and recommandation) Show less

  Au sein du service commercial de SFR 1099-1090, en appel entrant, ma mission se déroulait en deux étapes : -Prise d'appel des différents prospects appelant depuis toute la France. -Exploitation de chaque appel pris dans le but de vendre des forfaits BOX internet et forfaits mobile en traitant toutes les objections possibles puis clôture de l'appel par la souscription du prospect. In the commercial department of SFR 1099-1090, in incoming call, my mission took place in two steps: -Taking call of different prospect calling since France. -Exploitation of each call taken in order to sell broadband box internet or/and broadband mobiles and dealing all objections as possible then closing call by the subscription of the prospect.
