  When we started our company in 2016, our founder Puneet Anand felt that the modern notion of food trucks was just coming into India. There was a visible departure from the basic old-style Chinese vans - that were typically yellow and lacked the sophisticated food menu. The ones which were a step above also were not technically planned and failed to match the niche market needs.
