The program is gaining traction with startups, scaleups and SME's and aims to serve 1,000's of entrepreneurs globally. On the investment side I've raised over $30m for startups across subscription services and consumer products and my current focus is highly scalable fast data and AI driven services.

Westminster City Council (Oct 2017-May 2018) Worked for Corporate Services for the City of Westminster. I was responsible for mobilising project management and governance design aspects of the organisation-wide digital transformation programme and the effective management of complex digital projects. This was a highly strategic programme for this £2bn local government leader designed to drive significant improvement in customer services and required cost-reduction over a 4 year period. I was hired specifically because of my prior experience with similar complex methodologies being used including BPR and Lean Six Sigma. Achievements: Led the re-planning and market launch of the first end-to-end digital service of the programme bringing together 25+ senior stakeholders and team members within a very short space of time to deliver services to 1,000's of Westminster residents. This project required extended daily standups and delicate stakeholder engagement to get back on track. The position afforded me the opportunity to practice the importance of "taking command and ownership" in such a role and not waiting for senior management to specify what is needed. Instead, being proactive to identify and fill the gaps in relation to the team, methods, processes, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, strategy, governance and benefits realisation.
