1. Some bigger tasks and projects that I managed included the running of our Welsh social media (StreetGames website, Facebook, twitter and instagram), implementing more effective and efficient way to collect data for both Sport Wales and Welsh Government to reach our monitoring and evaluation targets. - I was able to increase our twitter followers by over 1000, from August 2018. - Created a ‘What’s on in Wales’ page on our website - Use the relevant platforms to engage with network and share good practice In order to help us to evaluate the impact of young people taking part in projects required the quarterly submission of data to not only meet funding requirements, but to also help paint a picture of the reality of poverty in Wales, and UK wide. - helped upgrade the way in which we collected data, from excel to snapsurveys - communicate with local projects and assist with any issues they may have - pull data to use for case studies and reporting Show less
