  Worked closely with a Business Analyst to analyze the current procedure of allergy documentation at CAMH. We performed an audit to compare the existing "Allergy Policy" with the current practice of documenting allergies at the Queen Campus. We also mapped the processes of current policy, current practice and upcoming EHR. The purpose of this gap analysis was to help clinical staff to define the directions of management of allergies for online applications.   Helped the IT department to analyze the issues holding the clinic's personnel from using the newly launched Intranet for the transfer of the patients' information from one department to another one. To achieve this goal: - Online questionnaires were designed, customized and sent to all the clinic's personnel - One-on-One interviews were performed with 4 individuals from each department - As-Is and To-Be data flow diagrams were prepared using Visio based on the collected information - Met the Board of Directors and presented the results using MS PowerPoint in a regular basis - Designed hands-on courses to improve the computer literacy of the employees The work efficiency and the transferred data accuracy were substantially improved within the six-month period of the employee training.
