Worked closely with a Business Analyst to analyze the current procedure of allergy documentation at CAMH. We performed an audit to compare the existing "Allergy Policy" with the current practice of documenting allergies at the Queen Campus. We also mapped the processes of current policy, current practice and upcoming EHR. The purpose of this gap analysis was to help clinical staff to define the directions of management of allergies for online applications.
