  I operate a hydroponic farm with ~6000 square feet of greenhouse space growing dozens of varieties of vegetables as well as a small orchard. I supervise ~20 volunteers throughout the week that assist with harvesting produce, weekly transplanting of seedlings, weeding, and other general daily tasks. I am also responsible for maintaining the water in the hydroponic systems, mixing nutrient solutions, cleaning and replacing filters, creating crop plans, ordering supplies, pest identification and management including weekly pesticide applications, pruning and trellising crops, irrigation work, training new volunteers, and the general up-keep of the farm.
