  • Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Monthly Reports and keeping them in a proper and confidential manner.• Providing proper and accurate daily sales and activation report in order to enable sales and AWCC over all achieve their monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets• Providing distributors’ purchase order with coordination to Finance and warehouse for stock issuance• Coordinating with the related departments and ensure the vouchers are activated as per procedure for station and out station distributors• Coordinating with related departments for special and golden numbers sales and activation and make sure the numbers are activated within the specific time• Providing daily RGS and Churn report and ensure the accuracy and proper report format• Getting the monthly target for all distributors from Indirect sales Manager and ensure it is circulated the achieved figure among all distribution account supervisors representatives and distributors• Providing Distributors’ Weekly Subscriber Agreement Forms Report• Coordinating with the related departments for getting Monthly First Call & Last Call reports and ensure the accuracy and proper report format• Providing distributors’ commission reports (Monthly & Quarterly), coordinating with finance department and ensuring the accuracy• Coordinating within the department to get the monthly market competition reports and ensuring the accuracy and proper report format• Providing any other reports as per department requirements• Being flexible for extra hours working as per the department requirements
