This I achieve by organizing personal finance sessions with clients to establish their investment objective, risk tolerance, capacity for loss, time horizon and other personal and financial details to arrive at a suitable portfolio recommendation. Suitability reports are then prepared based on the client's circumstances. I also created an online community of investors on Telegram and equally initiated a weekly knowledge share session and book review on Personal Finance. A monthly newsletter on Investment related matters is being published. Participants gain insights on financial literacy and are assisted to build a customized investment portfolio. The company's market share also increased to 19%. In my role as head of stockbroking operations, I enhanced systems, processes and documentation in the stockbroking team. I also leveraged my excellent communication skills, flair for sales and professionalism to facilitate the signing of Service Level Agreements(SLA) with Pension Fund Administrators (PFA) in the country for equities trading. I worked with a cross-functional team to organize Virtual Investment Simulator (VIS); a gaming platform that affords potential investors opportunity to play the equities market using dummy cash in a simulated environment, as a means of enlightenment on stock trading.
