  Internship Student in the Chemogenomics Laboratory at TGen. I was working on the application of molecular dynamics, normal mode analysis, and rigid clusters analysis methods to selected proteins for the purpose of identifying low frequency/high amplitude motions. The goal was to generate multiple configurations of the protein targets to feed into a virtual drug screening process. Internship Student in the Chemogenomics Laboratory at TGen.
