I worked with Americ during a 5 months internship made in London. Successful in his project, Aymeric demonstrated a large IT technical background and a strong ability to work autonomously. He shown an uncommon involvement in the company, its organisation and concurrently took the leadership of additional projects. In addition to the academic program, as a volunteer, Aymeric chose to be heavily involved in two important projects to meet business demands. First, he realized - in relationship with business school students - a market analysis, focusing on products and clients and on the commercial strategy. As a multidisciplinary team with students in human and social sciences (human resources management), he also actively participated in a change management project with strong organizational consequences. Aymeric has thus provided companies with new and relevant information that has been incorporated into the action plans of the structures. He has greatly developed his skills on the following points: • customer needs analysis, • project management and monitoring, • multidisciplinary team work (marketing, management, human resources), • ability to participate in developing a business strategy, • management of organizational, technological and social innovation. Aymeric has shown qualities of seriousness, tenacity, relevance and methodology in relation to complex problems. This transdisciplinary know-how will enable him to make the best use of his experience and technological knowledge. I was in charge of the project management from the need analysis to the tests management. I was in contact with the stakeholders to check the development and define sprints.
