  Duties & responsibilities • Supervision of news project high rise Building. (14 tower / 7 podium and infrastructure development for 40 tower). • Supervision of fire alarm system for high rise building sharing A.O.N. • Maintains daily diaries of events associated with the work on site. • Study drawings, specification and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions. • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Ensure that work practices are compliant with policies and procedures taking appropriate Corrective action and/or reporting where non-compliance is identified. • Monitors, reviews, comments and reports on progress payments and quality control. • Take a decision related to the conflicts between proposed material samples and literature Submitted by contractors against the contract specifications, drawings, BOQ and costing. • Evaluate and recommend sub-contractor's manufacturer and their technical staff in Coordination with the employer's representative for his discipline. • Assists the Site Project Manager (ACRE) in preparing the Monthly Progress Reports. • Reviews and approves the As Built Drawings for final approval by Technical manager. • Assists in preparing the Final Acceptance and Completion Report. • Reviews and presents the Contractors Valuations technically for final approval by the Quantity Surveyor the (ACRE/PD). • Witnesses and supervises commissioning and start-up activities. • Daily review and approval of contractor's submittals, Shop drawings, samples, materials, Catalogues technical data sheets and RFI ' s issued by contractors for different technical Discipline. • Update or added vendors and manufactures list in consultation with the Technical Manager related to different technical discipline list. • Approve Contractor's method for testing and commissioning Show less
