  Ayman Al-Rifaei is a senior executive and information technology consultant, with 30 years of experience in implementing technology applications, he has an extensive background in management, process re-engineering and cross-functional business process, operation and technology projects management. He is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. Al-Rifaei’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores his ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. He is particularly skilled at group facilitation, training, and enjoys forging consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions. Al-Rifaei has managed a broad array of projects in several industries ranging from financial services, health care, petroleum, aviation and pharmaceutical to education and government. Al-Rifaei holds engineering degree in electronics and communication, MBA degree in international business and a Doctorate in economics, with several other professional certificates in business management, standardisation and technology like 6Sigma, PMP, CMMI and CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CSA, SCC and others. Currently, Al-Rifaei is heading one of the most advanced cloud technology companies in the United Kingdom since 2014, along with other activities in consulting and training through cooperation with international universities. Prior to this, he has filled several positions in multinational companies like Microsoft and General Electric and led many national and international technology projects.
