I’ve worked with Ayman for almost a year now and am astounded by his versatility. He is successful in field operations, project design and construction over-site. I’m especially keen on his ability to drop what he’s doing to train the employees around him. He has voiced his interests in seeing a project from conception to completion. I believe his encompassing knowledge of wastewater infrastructure and budget management make him a valuable candidate. I look forward to seeing Ayman grow professionally in a project engineering/management position.

I work as a civil engineering for RJN. I was able to gain much experience from this opportunity, and was able to learn a lot about water collection systems and the various field investigations conducted in searching for sources of I/I, as well as the procedures and recommendations in resolving defective systems.

I started in the Woodridge location as the main morning stocker. Was then offered a position to work as a shift leader, but declined to go to college. Continued working in the Peoria location as a part time stocker while in school, and on breaks I work in the Joliet location as they are always in need of additional help.
