2.1. Checking the documents of the crews who will work on all Fleet of vessels, preparing the contracts and making sure that they fully comply with the International and Mandatory Zone Laws. 2.2. Obtaining pre-boarding references from senior crew members and ratings handling the onboarding process and making sure it complies with company policy (including documentation). 2.3. Sending e-mails to agencies or talking by phone with the direction of the crew manager. 2.4. Applying for Flag endorsements of crew members to attend. 2.5. To follow up the Licenses, Certificates and Approvals, Vaccinations, Certificate of Vessel, Seaman book, and Passports of all of crew members working on the vessel before their documents expires. 2.6. To forward crew members' evaluation reports to the crew manager after crew changing. 2.7. Checking the ship's safes with the expenses coming from the vessel every month. 2.8. Checking the regular ship's provision stock every month. 2.9. Arranging and sending cash to the vessel's master at the port or through an agency for possible expenses (CTM). 2.10. To follow the stock of the vessel and to recommend the supply companies for the food in the appropriate ports and to help the vessel to arrange the stores. 2.11. To send the flag endorsement of the crews to the vessel within 3 months. 2.12. Preparing excel for monthly salary payments of the crew. 2.13. Checking the bank information of the crew and monitoring the payment process. 2.14. To follow the current route for the overseas arrangements to be made for the vessel. 2.15. To assist in any emergency in and out of the office. Show less
