Aygun khanim was my Shadowing program supervisor during my time at Caspian Innovation Center as a part of ADA Career Fair event. She involved me in important project management meetings, as well as guided me through the entire project management process which was greatly useful. When I took the Project management class at ADA University, I already practiced most parts of the theory in such a short time(2 weeks), so the entire course was so easy. She is indeed a great supporter and leader as she knows how to get you out of your comfort zone, build up your confidence, and show assistance when needed. Working with her had a significant impact on my career and professional abilities later on.
