I set up a thriving ecommerce website, alongside a bricks and mortar shop. Responsibility included; buying, financial management (including bookkeeping, banking, VAT returns), recruitment, training and management of staff. I developed successful and varied marketing methods with the use of myresearch and analytical skills. I established and maintained relationships with suppliersand customers. I liaised with the designer and software developer of the website, and furthered my own knowledge in both areas to ensure smooth running of the website.

In my role as a Breavment Counsellor with Cruse I provided emotional support to people struggling with grief and loss in one to one counselling sessions and the family support group.My role as administrator included being the first point of contact for people seeking counselling services, sensitively dealing with enquiries and issuesarising from supervisors, volunteers and clients. I also supported the Operations Co-ordinator, liaising with other organisations and branches withinthe same organisation andtaking minutes for committee meetings.

My responsibilities included; recruitment and training of staff, face to face sales and customerrelations. As a buyer I attended trade fairs and visited suppliers to select and purchase products, whilst working to a budget. I utilised my research and IT skills for marketing and online promotions.
