  Working as a mother teacher teaching subjects English, Math, Integrated Curriculum (E.V.S & Grammar), Phonics.  Creating effective lesson plans (Annual & weekly detailed) for student’s overall development keeping in mind the ABCD format for creating Learning objectives and linking the assessments to the 21st century skills.  Coordinating with the Head office at Bangalore and implementing the Integrated curriculum plans for Grade- KG, 1 & 2.  Implementing the Concrete Representation and Abstract approach in teaching students Math and developing their interest towards the subject as well as enhancing their learnings.  Creating quality resources and content such as animated PPTS, Blooms level worksheets, Assessment papers, Manipulatives etc.  Including technology in the classroom for students’ learning and their overall development.  Co-scholastic responsibilities taken up - House mistress of Red Robins collaborating with the team of teachers and students to win the various competitions held House wise. We were secured the 1st position for The board decoration competition demonstrating Respect utilizing all waste materials.  Assembly duties – preparing students to show case their talents during the morning assembly with innovative ideas every time.  Other duties where in discipline plays an important role like Arrival, breakfast, lunch and dispersal duties.  Service learning – giving back to the community providing students the platform to come up with the problems faced by them in their villages and coming up with solutions for the same, facilitating them with the resources to execute their projects.  Documentation of students records doing result analysis making reports and planning remedial lessons for effective results.
