•Supporting the civil service and providing technical advice to government agencies to implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).•Ensuring that the principles of quality management, performance standards and requirements agreed upon in the Authority are implemented, such as the required documents and procedures necessary to activate the quality management system, risk management and knowledge.•Participate in planning and monitoring the performance of the internal quality audit program through the implementation of internal quality audits•Analyse data through statistical methods to determine the requirements of the concerned parties, measure performance in the device, and evaluate beneficiaries' satisfaction.•Apply the approved measurement tools to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the institutional performance of the Agency, and the level of conformity and adherence to standards.• Providing support for the planning and development of operational processes through coordination with the departments of the Agency - if necessary - which aim to achieve the objectives of the quality policy of the Agency•Provide the necessary support in terms of training and development of employees concerned with the impact of operational changes to operations.•Collecting and analysing data and information for the periodic administrative review meetings in the Civil Service Authority.• Suggesting methods and techniques that would raise the level of internal audits for quality and performance measurement to ensure continuous improvement of the level of performance of services provided to beneficiaries.•Designing and preparing supporting guides for the implementation of the quality system.•Develop training materials that support quality systems and provide training programs for the agency's departments.
