Proficient on Mac, PC, Microsoft Office and other programs; able to work in multiple programs at once. Experienced with Excel creating and using profit and loss spread sheets. I have used multiple client web platforms such as HUD and the banks own platform. In Reo the goal is to work with local vendors and realtors to make any needed repairs; winterization, inspections, utilities, secure pools, police reports. With FHA request and process bids to be completed with funds from the loan. For HUD: using allowable to do repairs and regular maintenance, requesting extensions and additional funds. VA care and repair of properties of deployed service members. On Pre Sale clearing and repairing of a property within the first 30 days of foreclosure. Post sale all repairs and maintenance after 60 day post foreclose. Also approving and denying work by vendors and inspectors, working with local governments for regression and permits. I left Mortgage Contracting Services when my Husband’s company was offered him a position in Houston with opportunity for advancement.
