   Delivering excellent technical service support over front counter and via phone, and email on all technical enquiries. Responsible for coordinating and integrating activities with clients and vendors. Develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team's performance of project tasks. Effectively addressing customer service issues and/or escalating to software engineers and project manager. Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied. Assist in implementation projects in cooperation with Software Engineers and Clients Reporting directly and regularly to CEO on Current Market conditions and Government Tenders and Quotations for Computer related software and services for sales and marketing department. Develop a strong relationship with the sales teams to increase support services agreements sales which include preparing sales proposals. Participate in technical support consultation. Assist to Account Manager in IT-Finance related projects
