I was immediately impressed with Ayden as a Lead Project Engineer and a Program Manager as he wears dual hats. He is strategic in his thinking and is an absolute wiz with developing schedules in Microsoft Project; his stills are very advanced! He knows how to work well with those around him and is an absolute professional. Ayden is an extremely competent Program Management understanding key principles and knowing how to actually apply them in practice. It was a real pleasure working with Ayden at Comtech.

Ayden’s business acumen, broad experience, attention to detail, and ability to rapidly learn and apply new skills make him an asset to any rapidly changing, global environment. I whole-heartedly recommend him for any position requiring strong leadership in establishing new businesses or business processes. Ayden worked for me for six years in a variety roles and is experienced with both public and private cloud operations for SaaS service delivery. He established and staffed our Program Management Office and created project management and customer engagement processes which were used to successfully onboard several customers and SaaS applications into managed services. Ayden transformed the PMO into a Customer Operations team and was responsible for successful service delivery of applications and dedicated infrastructure for about a dozen customers, each with multiple applications deployed globally. Ayden also had end-to-end responsibility for initial deployment of private cloud hosting services in the UK and China. He established the market need, selected data center providers, determined the scope, schedule and cost, and supported the deployment teams with hands-on work where needed, resulting in on-budget and on-schedule delivery. Ayden also leveraged his private cloud background and experience to define a SaaS infrastructure framework in Amazon Web Services.
