  I am a site supervisor and project manager as a subcontractor of Egdaş company in Kastamonu Integrated Chipboard Factory. In this project where we are a solution partner, with my team, I am also responsible for one-on-one meetings/dialogues with the customer, project progress and reporting, personnel recruitment, and all administrative work. We also make installation control panels, transformers, compensation panels, cable trays, cable pulling, cable connections, automation, and MV and LV electrical power systems in compliance with all H&S and environmental rules, and in order to maintain the operation of the machines and equipment with maximum performance.
