Additionally, I create Duke Tech Solutions (DTS) specific collateral to convert AIP and TM into DTS. Between October and April, I had been working directly with the ED providers to document patient visits using the medical training I received before starting. Over the course of my work, I have been given the opportunity to see a wide array of medical problems from mental health problems to strokes. Working with a variety of providers, I have seen how individuals approach difficult medical problems and how they communicate that across to the patients.
