  Procument Administration · Receive and accept purchase requisition from all units within the entity · Obtain quotation for supplies and services in accordance with Boards procument policy. · Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best option among potential suppliers. · Check shipment when they arrive ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications. · Compare suppliers invoices with quotes and purchase orders verify accuracy. · Prepare and Maintain files of all procument documentation to SCM procument officer. Manage and Maintain stock level of office stationary and consumable. · Manage the purchase and control of all office stationary and maintain effective stock level at all times. · Manage the procument of the office suppliers including consumables · Maintain an inventory of stock on hand. · Conduct monthly stock take of stationary and office consumables. Assist with Asset Management · Assist logistics officer with maintaining the Boards asset register by ensuring that all asset are tagged and captured onto the asset schedule. · Conduct asset inventory exercise for all officer work arears and maintain individual asset inventory list to be signed by responsible person.
