  RESUME OF THE CV Name : Abdul Ahmad Rifai Educations : Bachelor in Economic, in 1976 at the Jakarta national university in Jakarta Membership of professional societies:CMS Registration Number from ADB 072627 Experience for 45 years in the various types of companies i.e 15 years as an employee in tin mining, Oil mining / Pertamina, some Factory and Others and 30 years as an economist and financial specialist in consultant companies since 1984. Most of my experience is in the consultant task were related to increasing the ability of the regional income, among others, to improve the people's welfare. The outline of the experiences which were related with the increasing the revenues and welfare were as follows: 1. The projects that were assisted by UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development) it was related to increase the private business, by providing the Feasibility Study, this under Industrial department project. The task were in Kalimantan for 2 years. I was as an economist 2. The IUIDP (Integrated Urban Infrastructure for Development Program) Project in various regions almost throughout of Indonesia except Papua, the project were funded by the World Bank and the IBRD. My task was the economist and Financial Specialist 3. IKIDP =Integrated Kabupaten Kota (District Municipality) Infrastructure Development Program Project, the project were funded by the the Dutch funds. My task was an economist. 4. Department of Public Works =PU (such as Drainage, Sanitation, Reservoir, PDAM), The Home Affair Department and The Educations Department Projects which were generally funded by the World Bank.
