Temporary Employee, Receptionist
-
Mar 2022 - Dec 2022
The Department of Mental Health's Temporary Employment (Receptionist) position requires utilization of both clerical and interpersonal skills. Answering phones, managing correspondences between the team, organizing and maintaining documents/spreadsheets, and coordinating between multiple agencies are some of the technical skills required. Speaking to clients and helping them navigate their needs required friendliness and understanding, time management, and the ability to manage difficult situations and conflicts. Show less

Massachusetts Department of Mental Health issued an RFR (Request for Reply) to start a new program, PACT-Y. PACT-Y is based on the adult PACT model, but tuned to serve youth instead. This is a brand new approach and it required careful deliberation. The goal of the PACT-Y Review Committee was to review, accept, and/or deny the submitted bids for the PACT-Y contract which DMH offered to the public.
