Project architect, on several projects for the firm, in Lebanon and abroad, ranging from residential buildings, residential compounds, commercial buildings, offices buildings, mixed use buildings – from the first research and design phases of the project, to permit stages and execution drawings files. I dealt directly with the clients on several projects, and with the suppliers, and ensured the coordination with the structural, mechanical and electrical teams in the different phases of the project. My duties included both office work and site supervision, which gave me the opportunity to track the progress of the designs on site and ensure the good coordination between the design and its execution. My experience at D&H also gave me the experience of dealing with the Lebanese construction laws, and the complexity of their application in the different legal sectors in the country. Show less
