As HR manager for the safety department during the Peace & Love music festival I was personally responsible for the recruiting, scheduling and managing over 800 volunteers. The main challenge was to remain accessible for those individuals while maintaining operations and problem solving to increase our personnel output. Me and my colleagues in HR safety provided the staffing backbone of the safety organisation for a music festival of 60000 participants for more than one week.
