Jiahui Health is a new concept medical brand combining international hospital, medical clinics and wellness centers for life-long and closed service circle for patients. I lead the coordination of key function departments and team members to ensure smooth operations in preparation for Jiaqing Wellness Center launch – including IT, Marketing, Operations, Practitioners, Nutrition and Management. Key responsibilities: - Prepare for wellness center opening together with onsite project manager, including interior design company, furniture supplier, lighting, engineering, signage, cooking studio and kitchen supplier. - New service team recruitment, receptionist. - New center service product pricing together with finance department. - 3 days of Opening Ceremony planning and execution with success. - Jiahui Wellness WeChat official account and new media channels weekly operations and maintenance, including articles and promotional events planning. - Tutorial video editing, shooting and cutting, including nutrition, mental health, fitness exercise topics. - Lead Wellness center 1 year Anniversary community market organizing, with over 20 brand booths and more than 200 visitors attracted on the day. Created a staff retention program that identified talents such as entrepreneurial and gifted athlete qualities. Responsible for communications with 14 club personal trainer leaders on trainers team professionalism training and system maintenance, which covering over 120 personal trainers. Communicated closely with 23 club/store managers in China for specific club operation requirements including equipment, safety, floor plan upgrades, client complaints, team building activities, etc. 3)Events and community building: While working alongside foreign professionals, I have presented more than 200 health, fitness and lifestyle seminars over 5 years ranging from small groups of 20 people up to 2000 attendees, such as ChinaFit in Beijing. Lead many professional teams to perform at large-scale events - Shenzhen Grand Theatre, Citizen Sports Meeting, Shenzhen International Marathon, Vanke Dapeng New Year Marathon and Catic Wellness Exhibitions. Part of executive team for Catic Wellness to design, build and operate a 3000m2 Sports Conditioning Centre hosting over 20k athletes from over 100 countries in 2011 Shenzhen Universiades.
