This is a secondment opportunity I have been given from JN Bentley to work with Mott MacDonald on the Ysbyty Calon y Ddraig project in the Principality Stadium, Cardiff. I have worked for Mott MacDonald throughout the project assisting the project managers with various tasks. One of my main aspects was planning and liasing with the signage company to ensure the hospital is easier to find your way around. Also during the decommisioning planning and execution phase I split my time with Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, where I am integrated on the Project Management Office Team, working with the workforces within the Healthboard on a plan to exit the hospital and ensure its smooth return back to a stadium. Continued to work with the CAV whilst building the new Covid-19 hospital Lakeside Wing on UHW site, which included transferring items from DHH to LSW also working closely with the contractor to ensure all the end users input is taken in to ensure the building is usable and to specific requirements. This is a secondment opportunity I have been given from JN Bentley to work with the Comis Hotel. I am currently here to design and build the hotel facilities including the Pool, Spa and Golf Driving Range. The Comis Hotel is a upcoming 5* Hotel and Golf club on the Isle of Man. After experiencing a dreadful moment where the Hotel was semi destroyed after a fire, the new owners are currently rebuilding and re-establishing the Hotel to its full potential and maximise the position of this beautiful hotel within the most stunning of surroundings.
