Aviv is type of person you wish for as a colleague. Having joined Creative Shop in the UK team, Aviv was one of the first people to reach out to me. He is always generous with knowledge, wisdom, ideas and a ridiculous level of kindness. It's strange to think that someone who looked after an entire region alone, won numerous awards and made some of the best, most innovative campaigns, would still make time to help everyone in his extended team. I will always thank Aviv for being one of the best colleagues, most natural of leaders and kindest of humans. If you have a chance to work with Aviv you would be a fool to not take it. It gives me great pleasure and pride to recommend Aviv for creative and strategic leadership roles. Aviv has been a senior creative leader in the EMEA Creative Shop at Meta for almost 8 years running our SA office, shaping the future of digital creativity on the continent. To be successful in this role Aviv needed to be a polymath on both creativity and technology. He formed valuable partnerships with creative agencies and clients that resulted in world-first, award-winning creative work that proved great digital can be made in Africa and loved by the world.
