  Position DescriptionsTo place order for clients in cash & derivative segmentIndependently handling DIS execution process, new DIS issue process, transfer and transmission process, pledging and unpledging process etc.Assisting clients in resolving their queries on trading, stocks, IPOs, NCDs, funding etc. Checking fund pay in and pay out. Providing update to our banking department.Coordinating with DP department.Updating fund in client’s respective ledger accounts.To activate newly acquired clients, guiding them through the initial process, providing them demo on trading.Brokerage generationNew client acquisition and activating their trading a/c.Deepening acquired clients trading base.
