   Provide sourcing of professionals for client out-source placement, both contract and permanent, recruit for our preferred and direct clients.  Demands ability to successfully utilize email contact, conduct phone interviews, build database of potential candidates, job to candidate matching and candidate screening.  Extensive use of internet search engines and design of productive job ads to locate and attract qualified candidates.
