      I serve as the Project Coordinator for FDOT GRANT since November 2019. I consented and enrolled 80 patients (45-80 minutes per patient) in the research study by administering consent forms, HIPPA forms, motorcycle safety survey, pretest questionnaire, motorcycle safety education, and posttest questionnaire. I serve as the IRB proxy for Primary Investigator of our research study since December 2018. I am directly responsible for maintaining patient data in a secured trauma share drive of the University of Miami. I am proficient in reviewing medical records and medical examiner reports (Autopsies), proficient in employing abbreviated injury score (AIS) and injury severity score (ISS) to determine the severity of injuries sustained by the patients admitted at Ryder Trauma Center. I am directly responsible for maintaining financial records of the FDOT GRANT, responsible for submitting monthly financial claims with appropriate justification with specific details to the grant manager of FDOT. My key contribution (Data collection, Data entry, and Statistical analysis) on framing 5 abstracts with fellows and attendees of the surgical trauma critical care division at Ryder Trauma Center. I serve as the University of Miami Liaison for EMS agencies and police officers of the State of Florida to schedule and facilitate Survive the Ride, Prehospital EMS Training Course, Train the Trainer Program, and First Responder Training Program. “Stop the Bleed” instructor since March 2018.
