I had the pleasure of working closely with Avi Zaidel during his time as a computer coordinator at our brain research center. I am writing this recommendation to express my highest regard for Avi's professional abilities and personal qualities. Avi brought to our team an impressive background, having previously served as a computer technical team manager at another campus of our university for over 55 months. His extensive experience in managing complex technical operations made him an invaluable asset to our organization. During his tenure, Avi faced a significant challenge when our IT system administrator, Daniel, left the center for a new opportunity. Avi was asked to take on the responsibilities of both his own role as a computer coordinator and those of the IT system administrator. Despite the overwhelming workload, Avi approached this task with determination, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic. I was particularly impressed by Avi's ability to handle difficult and urgent requests from approximately 400 people within the research center. He displayed exceptional intelligence and problem-solving skills, ensuring that all issues were addressed promptly and efficiently. Avi consistently demonstrated his dedication and commitment to meeting the needs of our team, managing complex situations with precision and ease. Despite the challenging circumstances, Avi maintained a positive and upbeat attitude. His sense of humor and approachable nature created a pleasant work environment and made interactions with him enjoyable for everyone. Avi's ability to listen attentively and understand the unique needs of individuals truly set him apart. Based on my experience working with Avi, I have no doubt that he will excel in any future position he pursues. His technical expertise, combined with his exceptional interpersonal skills, make him a highly desirable candidate. I wholeheartedly recommend Avi Zaidel to any organization seeking a talented professional who is both highly capable and a joy to work with.

It’s rare you come across such a great manager like Avi. I had the pleasure of working with Avi for almost two years at the Hebrew University. Avi is a perfect example of an active, helpful, and considerate manager. He is knowledgeable in his field and possesses innate leadership quality. I always admired his ability to motivate our team for productivity and results, even when times get though. As a team member or a leader, Avi earns my highest recommendation.
