Bio
John Turner
My name is John Turner and I worked with Avery as an intern for Lammi Sports Management. Together we worked on the Milwaukee Basketball Hour which was a weekly radio show featuring a Milwaukee Bucks player every week. It was our job to run the social media pages for the show as well as help with the set up on the days of the show. While working with Avery I learned the many valuable attributes that he can bring to a team. Firstly, he was a very sociable person that got along with everyone and always represented the organization well. Additionally his organization skills shined bright with his consistent updating of the Social Media pages as well as keeping a constant line of communication with the team to assure everyone was on the same page. Undoubtedly his greatest skill was his ability to problem solve in even the toughest of situations. When working with professional athletes there are many moving variables such as last minute schedule changes that require prompt and decisive action which Avery excelled in. A logical and coherent thinker, Avery was able to to make quick decisions without letting emotion and pressure cloud his judgment. All in all, Avery is an ideal coworker that makes the job of others around him easier while also completing his job in a proficient manner.
