  I worked as a student employee for the SDSU Support Desk for 5 years during my time at South Dakota State University. As a department, we provided technical support to all students and staff at SDSU. I provided customer service either in person, over the phone, or through emails. Along with technical support, I also conducted computer repairs both physically and digitally. My employment gave me experience with communication, customer support, problem solving, and working as a team.
