  As the Advancement Director for WCTE I have the privilege of working with many key divisions that fall under development at WCTE. These departments include Sales & Marketing, Membership, Grant and Special Events. Each division is revenue generating position and key to the overall funding model of WCTE-TV. My job as Director is to provide strong leadership, support and collaboration within the station, as well as, provide the support necessary to my team members so they can be successful. This sometimes means working on an event, selling tables or event sponsorships, assisting in hiring the right people for the right job or being the voice for our team among our peers and the community.   My main job is too worked creatively in funding the stations through an avenue of resources. Continue to build a sales model and develop community partnerships that will benefit the station for years to come. Collaboratively work as a team to consistently show a brand in what PBS has to offer the community, while cross promoting our programming, special events and more to the community through a variety of media outlets.
