Avery is very conscientious and consistent in his work performance. During our time working together he made concerted efforts to improve our calendar, responsive template, and our index of the photography department's archive. He worked well both as a team member and on individual projects, and never stopped learning about how to improve his own skills and knowledge - both of the technologies relevant to our work, and to his own personal pursuits. Avery is a pleasure to work with, and always genuine and sincere in his interactions with others. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a diligent, self-motivated, intelligent, and enthusiastic employee.

Avery exhibits the ability to accomplish complex tasks with minimum supervision. He is able to internalize an organization's mission statement and then make decisions that are in line with the goals of that organization. His high level of integrity and reliability make him a great team member to trust and collaborate with. Avery brings a strong work ethic that is complemented by his positive nature and good sense of humor. He is able to diffuse tense situations so that team members are able to relax and then work together to accomplish the task at hand. I recommend Avery as a valuable addition to any team or association.
