At the beginning of 2014, we defined the Product Owner role as someone inside the Software Development Department that was able to step away from software implementation and see the product with business eyes. I gradually passed the role of Scrum Master to other people and became one of the Product Owners.

My job was to restore Daily and retrospective meetings, help the development team to remove their impediments and help the Product Owners to build and prioritize their product backlog.During this time, the team receives a blind software developer and we included him in a Scrum Team.
