I have known Avanti from December 2011 and have worked with her for 3 years in HDFC Bank. A highly resourceful professional, she is a natural when it comes to providing solutions to some of the most challenging situations. One of the more difficult requirements required of HR professionals is the need to be a means for communicating management decisions and at the same time champion employee causes. But Avanti is one of the few who could bestride both worlds with ease. Her highbrow and witty sense of humour can lighten the environment instantly, which becomes much required especially on stressful days. Overall a highly creative and brilliant person professionally and a warm and genuine person personally, it has been a true privilege to have known her for so long and to count her as one of my closest friends.
