The Media Company organises 'Foodies' food and drink festivals throughout the UK which I helped to set up, manage and to host the 'Chefs Theatre' and bring in Michelin Star chefs to the events. I also helped to edit the Foodies Magazine which is distributed throughout the UK. I worked in another capacity for The Media Company in each Edinburgh Festival from 2009 to 2012, acting as a main reviewer and critic for their EdFest Magazine and interviewing various acts for their website including Paul Daniels, Jim Jeffries and cast members of the Inbetweeners.
