Process Amazon returns, help guide guests through the Amazon app to find the necessary QrCode. Problem solve when the code cannot load and the customer has an abnormal situation with their return. Properly sort all returns based on their shipping labels. Palletize returns and load onto truck. Recover different departments of the store - straighten folded items, reorder hung-up items, and clear unused hangers. Clear changing rooms of all items and assist guests with finding a particular product, price checking, as well as giving suggestions of what to add or subtract from an outfit based on my knowledge of what we carry in-store.
