I have known Austin since 2015 and have remained in close communication with him about the human capital market due to his knowledge and a keen sense of awareness of the shifts and trends that are constantly changing. Perhaps more valuable to me than his knowledge, and his willingness to share his insights is his generosity to help that sets him apart. I do not recall meeting a colleague who has gone the extra distance as often as Austin.
