Austin showed great leadership skills during his employment in Student Computing at Fairfield University. He was reliable, knowledgeable and could be trusted to work on his own without supervision. He took the time to explore new solutions for common (and uncommon) computer problems and always wanted to learn more in order to help out his fellow students. His sense of humor helped lessen the stress levels of a sometimes-chaotic work environment as well. I would highly recommend Austin for employment and have no reservations in doing so.
